Crate Hire & Sales

Over the last 20 years Dogtainers has established close relationships with leading airlines and transport companies. This has resulted in us working with them to design the most comfortable means of transport for your pet.

Larger dogs travelling domestically are housed in special Dogtainers steel mesh crates and plastic sky kennels, while smaller dogs and cats travel plastic Petainers. These can be used as beds or litter trays or kennels after their journey.

All crates are airline approved and come in various sizes up to the very largest dog. Crates can be used on both domestic and international flights.

Dogtainers Darwin will arrange for your crate to be waiting for you when you arrive at the airport 90mins prior to departure. A Dogtainers representative will collect the crate after arrival at your destination.

Hire crates must remain on the airport premises, while purchased crates are yours.
