Domestic & International Travel

Animals travel in a compartment which is usually at the rear of the plane and is air conditioned and pressurised in exactly the same way as the passenger cabin.  It is recommended not to feed your pet at least six hours before arrival at the airport to ensure your pet travels as comfortably as possible.  Latest medical studies have shown that sedation of animals for flights has caused more trouble than is worth, so Dogtainers Darwin recommend that you DO NOT sedate your animal prior to travel.
